Andreas Coenen was born 1970 in Viersen. He began to tattoo in the early 90s but only started to apprentice professionally under Chris Blankertz in 1995 in Moenchengladbach. He opened The Sinner & The Saint Tattoo in Aachen in 1997. He also works at Powerhouse Tattoo in Cologne.
